Slot Games
Volatility is a measure of how often and how large wins occur in a slot game. Low volatility games pay out smaller rewards more frequently — a good fit for players who want longer sessions. High volatility games offer bigger rewards but less often — suited for players willing to be patient for a large win. Choosing the right volatility based on your budget and play style is the best approach.
Free spins are a special feature that lets you spin the reels a set number of times without placing a bet. These spins are usually triggered in-game — for example, when a certain number of scatter symbols land together. Winnings from free spins are credited directly to your balance, though promotional free spins may come with wagering requirements — in that case, read the terms of the relevant offer carefully.
RTP, or Return to Player, is the theoretical percentage of total wagers that a game returns to players over the long term. A higher RTP generally means the game is relatively more player-friendly. However, it does not guarantee the outcome of any single session — it is an average calculated across millions of spins. The result of each spin is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is completely independent.
Yes, many slot games offer a demo or free-play mode. In this mode you can get a clear feel for the game's mechanics, bonus features, and volatility without risking real money. Winnings from demo mode cannot be withdrawn — but it is an ideal way to figure out which games you enjoy. Log in to l9777 and choose your preferred game from the Slots section.
Cricket & Sports Betting
If a match is cancelled due to rain or any other reason, or if a no-result is declared, all bets on that match are generally voided and the original stake is returned. However, if part of the match has been completed, the outcome may differ. Settlement rules can vary for each event — so it is best to check the Betting Rules section or confirm with our support team.
Yes, l9777 offers live in-play betting. Even after a match has started, you can view real-time market updates and place bets. In-play markets include options such as over-by-over runs, wickets, and the outcome of the next ball. Odds change quickly — so making decisions at the right moment is important. Log in and go to the Cricket section to see live matches.
Decimal odds are the simplest format. Say a team's odds are 1.80 — that means if you bet ৳100 and win, you get ৳180 back in total (including your original stake), so your profit is ৳80. The higher the odds, the lower the probability but the bigger the potential reward. For example, in a Bangladesh vs India match, the team considered the favourite will generally have lower odds.
In an accumulator or acca bet, you combine multiple selections onto a single ticket. If all selections are correct, each set of odds is multiplied together, making the potential reward much larger. But if even one selection is wrong, the entire bet is lost. It is a high-risk, high-reward strategy — for beginners, starting with two or three selections is the sensible approach.
VIP Program
l9777's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback; and Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback. Moving to a higher tier not only increases your cashback rate but also unlocks priority support and access to exclusive promotions. Each tier also has its own set of special perks.
The more actively you play and the more activity your account shows, the greater your opportunity to advance to the next tier. The path from Bronze to Silver and from Silver to Gold depends on your overall gaming activity. For details on the specific criteria, contact our live chat support — they can provide the most up-to-date information.
Weekly cashback is calculated at the end of the week based on your net losses. The rate depends on your VIP tier — up to 0.3% for Bronze, 0.5% for Silver, and 0.8% for Gold. The previous week's cashback is generally credited at the start of each new week. Contact our support team for exact timelines and conditions.
Yes, members at higher VIP tiers receive priority support. That said, 24/7 live chat and email support is available to all players at l9777. Gold tier members may also receive exclusive promotions and personalised offers. Contact [email protected] for a full list of VIP benefits.
Welcome Bonus
At l9777, the welcome bonus wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. The requirement is 20x. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you receive a ৳2,000 bonus. You need to wager ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 before you can withdraw winnings from the bonus. So the bonus amount is the basis for the calculation.
Slot games generally count in full toward wagering. Live casino, table games, or sports betting may count partially or not at all — this varies by offer. To find out the specific game list and percentages, speak with our support team or read the terms of the bonus offer carefully. Choosing high RTP slots is a good strategy for completing wagering faster.
No, the welcome bonus applies only once — on the first deposit of each new account. Attempting to claim the bonus by creating multiple accounts is a violation of platform rules and may result in account closure. To get the most out of your single account, follow the ongoing promotions regularly.
Yes, it is generally possible to cancel an active bonus — however, any winnings earned from that bonus will also be cancelled. Your original deposited funds remain intact. Contact our live chat to request a bonus cancellation and confirm that no unexpected changes occur to your balance.
Yes, bonuses have an activation period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus may expire and be cancelled automatically. The exact duration is stated in the offer's terms and conditions. The best approach is to start playing actively right after claiming the bonus and complete the wagering on time.
Deposits
l9777 currently supports deposits via three mobile financial services (MFS): bKash, Nagad, and Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet). The minimum deposit amount for each of these three methods is ৳300. The methods are fast, secure, and usable from anywhere in Bangladesh.
To deposit at l9777 with bKash, first log in to your account and go to the Payment section. Select the bKash option and send money from your bKash app to the payment number shown. Save the transaction ID and enter it in the deposit form. Your balance is usually updated within a few minutes. Minimum deposit is ৳300.
Yes, you can deposit with Nagad and the process is nearly the same. Select the Nagad option in the Payment section, send money from your Nagad app to the number shown, and confirm with the transaction ID. The minimum deposit for Nagad is also ৳300 and there are no additional fees.
l9777 does not charge any processing fee on deposits. However, bKash, Nagad, or Rocket may apply their own "Send Money" or "Cash Out" charges — this is entirely governed by each mobile wallet provider's own policy. It is a good idea to check your wallet's fee structure before depositing, so there is no confusion about the balance you receive.
First, wait a little while — network issues can sometimes cause a slight delay. If your balance has not updated within 15-20 minutes, contact our 24/7 live chat or reach us at [email protected] with your transaction ID or a screenshot. Having the correct proof makes it possible to resolve the issue quickly.
